12 year old Sage is an "in love with you" kind of dog- but only with his handler, Leo. Sage is Leo's heart dog and task-trained Service Dog. He is serious about his work, always excited for it, and he does it amazingly. He is food driven, loves playing in groups, and even hunting for mice and rabbits! He is a UKC Champion and the kind of dog that will never leave his person's side.

Meeting Sage- he is friendly, but he is very aloof with all. He has eyes for one person (and dogs.) He is tolerant of most anything, cat-friendly, a bit of a drama queen, but gentle and perfect with every pet and human, big or small. He may be a bit obsessed with ice cream and cheese haha.

He was produced by Melissa Pearce, and then purchased by someone who neglected him, resulting in him being Heartworm positive when Leo and Seven purchased him. He went through this treatment successfully in 2018-2019.
